Today, April 4, 2024, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (“CISA”) officially published its long-awaited Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“Proposed Rule”) for the Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act of 2022 (“CIRCIA”).
