Lawrence regularly advises public and private companies, as well as investment banks and private equity funds, in connection with M&A transactions across a variety of industries, with a focus on the technology sector. He most recently served as in-house counsel for a San Francisco digital currency exchange where he led all corporate and strategic transactions and investments.
